To donate stock, please complete our Stock Transfer Form in order to notify us of your intention to donate. Then, initiate the stock transfer electronically or by mail with your brokerage firm. Our brokerage information is provided upon completion of the Stock Transfer Form. Stock is valued by taking the average of the high and low prices on the date of the transfer.
To donate through wire or electronic transfer, please complete our Wire Transfer Form in order to notify us of your intention to donate. Then, initiate the wire transfer electronically or by mail with your bank. Our banking information is provided upon completion of the Wire Transfer Form.
